How does Factory Labs pricing work, and is it per seat?

Each plan is one flat monthly platform fee per workspace with unlimited seats, so adding people never changes your bill. Tiers differ by features (AI Chat, Voice Agents, ERP integration, SLA) and AI-credit capacity, not by headcount. AI credits are a pooled monthly allowance plus pay-as-you-go overage. Outcome-based pricing, where you pay per touchless outcome (such as an order processed or a case resolved) rather than per login, is currently in early access; contact sales to join a pilot.

What is outcome-based pricing?

Instead of paying per user, you pay for completed work such as an order processed, a case resolved, or a SKU enriched and published, measured by how much our autopilot completes without a human touch. It is metered against your touchless-outcome rate with reversal-rate and review-SLA guardrails, and reviewer seats are free. This is in early access; talk to us to scope a pilot.

Can Factory Labs automate a process that isn't a built-in blueprint?

Yes. If you need a process automated that our standard blueprints don't cover yet, we'll scope and build it with you as a one-time custom-automation engagement. These typically start around $10,000 depending on scope and integrations. Once built, it runs on your plan like any other automation, with no recurring per-automation charge. Record limits on each plan are fair-use guidance, not hard caps; if you approach them we'll work out the right tier or a fair-use arrangement rather than cutting anything off.

Do higher Factory Labs plans include the features of lower plans?

Yes. Each tier includes everything in the tier below it. Growth includes everything in Starter, Professional includes everything in Growth, and Enterprise includes everything in Professional. The bullets shown on each tier card describe only what is added on top of the lower tier.

Yes. Every plan includes full Salesforce migration for standard objects (accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities). Professional adds custom object migration, and Enterprise includes workflow migration with white-glove assistance.

Starter includes pay-as-you-go AI credits ($0.17/credit). Growth adds a pooled allowance of 2,500 AI credits per month (then $0.13/credit), plus AI lead scoring, opportunity insights, and email drafting. Professional includes 10,000 pooled credits per month (then $0.09/credit) and unlocks the full AI Chat Assistant, AI Voice Agents for inbound calls, and post-call analysis. Enterprise adds unlimited credits (fair use) and custom AI model fine-tuning. AI credits, not seats, are the variable that scales with how much you automate.
